Why is my feed blank? Allowed sites

Your feed only loads on the websites you add to its allowed sites. If it's blank on your site, the address it's on isn't in that list yet.

How it works

Each feed has its own list of allowed sites, up to five. When a page loads the widget, FeedFusion checks the page's address. On a site in the list, the feed shows. Anywhere else, it stays blank and uses none of your monthly feed loads, so your feed only shows on your sites.

Fix a blank feed

1. In your dashboard, open the account and go to the embed step.
2. Under Where this widget runs, add your website's address, for example yourcafe.com (no https://, no page path).
3. Reload your page.

“Tried to load on”

When the widget was loaded on an address that isn't allowed, that address appears under Tried to load on in the embed step. If it's yours, click Allow and the feed shows there too.

www and subdomains

Adding yourcafe.com also covers www.yourcafe.com. For other subdomains, add each one, or add *.yourcafe.com to cover them all.

Using the JSON API from your server

Requests from your own server don't come from a web page, so the allowed-sites check doesn't apply to them. It only decides where the widget can show.
