If you want to delete your FeedFusion account and remove all your data, follow the steps below. For broader data rights — access, rectification, portability — see §7 of the Privacy Policy.
Self-serve account deletion
- Sign in to your FeedFusion account at feed-fusion.com/sign-in.
- Open Delete Account from the sidebar menu, or go directly to feed-fusion.com/delete-account.
- Choose your deletion timing. If you're on the Free plan, deletion is immediate — nothing to wait for. If you're on a paid plan, you can delete immediately (subscription cancels now, no refund), or schedule the deletion for the end of your current billing period — your subscription cancels but the widget keeps working until that date, then everything is erased.
- Confirm. Type your email to enable the deletion button. You'll get an email receipt either way.
- We erase your data. For immediate deletion, your data is gone within seconds. For end-of-period deletion, your data stays in our active systems until your billing period ends, then is erased. Encrypted backups continue to hold your data until they are overwritten within 90 days. Billing records are retained for 10 years under Portuguese tax law (Código Comercial, Article 40).
If you change your mind
If you scheduled deletion for the end of your billing period, you can cancel it any time by signing back in — your subscription will be reactivated and your account will continue normally. There's no fee, and no follow-up required.
EU consumers — 14-day withdrawal right
If you signed up for a paid plan within the last 14 days and want a full refund, don't use the self-serve deletion flow. Email hello@feed-fusion.com instead, to invoke your withdrawal right under Decree-Law 24/2014. See Terms §3 for the details.
